Since the 1980’s, Big Food began pushing vegetable oils as a “heart-healthy” alternative to more traditional fats used in cooking for centuries. The result has been an explosion in obesity, heart disease, and diabetes. Now the “hateful 8” Seed Oils can be found in virtually all processed foods, silently worsening the obesity epidemic for all who neglect to read ingredient labels.
This infographic refuses to sugarcoat the ugly truth. Humanity has a big problem around the waistline, and we need to stop normalizing being unhealthy. We hope to raise awareness of the hidden killer in Seed Oils, and other modern dietary vices, so that people can live longer, look better, and enjoy life more in the 21st century.
